HVAC engineering

HVAC engineering

HVAC engineering integrates the heating, ventilation/air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems into a functional whole. With the expertise in electrical engineering that connects all of these, we design holistic HVAC building technology solutions that meet the needs of future users and the requirements of clients. We aim to reduce the complexity of planning as much as possible and provide investment security. A central contact person, project support on an equal footing, reliability, adherence to deadlines, and flexibility are the ingredients for smart, long-term solutions.

Integrated HVAC planning solutions

HVACR building services planning addresses the technology, operational safety, comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability of a building. The goal is to design holistic, functional, and sustainable building services systems that flexibly accommodate changing conditions. The requirements and needs of clients and future users form the target framework. We utilize technologies and networked expertise to plan the individual trades as a whole, resulting in functional, economical, and resource-efficient solutions. Proven BIM methodological expertise and comprehensive planning skills support us in this endeavor.

Customized HVAC services

For a customized solution, we orchestrate the spatial and technical coordination of heating, cooling, ventilation/air conditioning, and plumbing. Networked building services planning achieves its full potential when we, as planners, are involved early on. Customer communication is handled by the overall project manager, ensuring that we minimize interfaces for clients.

Meeting customer expectations is as individual as the project itself. Clients determine the scope of services and the degree of digitalization of our work. In addition to SIA 108 services, our services also include feasibility studies, variant studies, energy, hydraulics, low-tech, or net-zero CO2 concepts, as well as competitions. Furthermore, we include cost-benefit analyses and life-cycle cost analyses in our concepts. Alternatively, we can be engaged for expert opinions, quality assurance, PQM, or a second opinion. New forms of collaboration are also possible.
