Complete building technology (HVAC+)

Complete building services planning or building services design (HVAC+)

Building Services Design (HVAC+) is intended to represent something new. We don’t simply provide complete building services planning; we work with clients to leverage the opportunities offered by digitalization and standardization. To achieve this, we simplify communication, reduce complexity, and explore new avenues, such as integrated project management (IPD).

We combine customer requirements and possibilities in comprehensive building services planning solutions (HVAC+). We provide building services design (HVAC+) clients with a dedicated contact person, the overall project manager. The client determines the level of detail and the degree of digital and innovative implementation. With people, technology, and organization, we expand the scope of possibilities all the way to IPD ( Integrated Project Delivery ) project management.

Organizational forms and roles

We are increasingly striving for new organizational structures. Customer communication flows directly from the overall project manager to HHM and the project itself. New roles are needed to handle the shifted complexity to the HHM service provider:

  • The overall project manager focuses on external and internal project management and is the primary contact person for clients.
  • The overall coordinator/BIM focuses on the interdisciplinary coordinated building technology solution and is responsible for the planning of the spatial, technical and BIM coordination.
  • The Construction Manager focuses on execution and guarantees smooth, interdisciplinary implementation on the construction site.
